Six (6) Grand Prize Winners will receive a three (3) nights/four (4) day trip for two (2) adults to The Bahama's, valid for Friday, December 16, 2011-Monday, December 19, 2011. The trip includes 1.Round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) adults from Richmond International Airport to Grand Bahama Island, Bahama's. 2. Double occupancy hotel accommodations (one(1) room) for a three (3) night stay at the Grand Lucayan Resort.
Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prize certificates/redemption letters and the prize is not redeemable without the original prize certificates/redemption letters.
Grand Prize Winners must complete the trip on the dates provided or prize will be forfeited. No extension will be given after the dates for the Grand Prize trip have expired and prize will be forfeited and Sponsors shall have no further obligations to Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (i.e. passport). Unless child of winner, travel companion must be twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure.
Travel arrangements will be booked through sponsors for the dates provided and cannot be changed in any way once booked and confirmed. Certain travel restrictions may apply.
Grand Prize Winner and guest will be responsible for any other cost and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not included in the Grand Prize package, including, without limitation: ground transportation, meals, activities, inter-island transportation, tours, gift shop purchases, telephone calls, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses.
All prize details will be at the sole discretion of the sponsor. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or limited.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at it's sole discretion.
Any and all taxes on the prize, and any other cost, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.
